There is so many factual inaccuracies in the original post by Canadian Dream that I cant even be bothered rebutting them. Suffice it to say its clear he didnt bother to actually read the FCC contract that was disclosed in the 43 response, or if he did, he clearly didnt understand it.
Handy tip guys - in future, dont listen to anyone who is not a qualified lawyer or accountant on this subject. This stuff is complicated, and all the amateurs out there are simply spouting out rubbish.
