    Still amazes me you two bother to show up and post. Really, if the deal was any good why bother?

    But anyway...

    The onus is on you. You want to convince me and shareholders like me to swap my MSP stock for FFT stock at 2:9?

    Go for it. It's all yours.

    Then afterwards... we can count the acceptances and all move on.
