good question bri.
it was a subject where he was hesitant to go. i was looking for a bookend in terms of a timetable ie when will it be put to be one way or another. my interpretation was that as far as dml were concerned they had provided everything they had been asked of and any prospective partners were satisfied with what they had.
i didn't interpret is that a deal had been done ... in fact i was more left with the view that there was still some competitive tension. when it's all said and done this i think is what dml is actively farming ... competition
i've also arrived at the thinking that a deal my be a financial restructure. they currently have 4 lenders .... it may well be that a financier may take a larger share of the debt pie. i have no doubt that post commissioning some lenders will take a more aggressive lending view.
does that help?
have a good one.
