The fundamental value of a business does not change day to day based on what a bunch of punters and computer programs are doing.

It is essentially about perspective. For eg. if you take CFC and its bid out of the picture, your perception about whats transpired would be very different. We could go through each turning point in this stock's movements over the last 6-9 months, and no CFC and it has a different and less volatile life. eg. most notably the share price wouldn't have peaked above 1.70. Stock would not have been dumped in February upon being returned etc etc. And you impute all this volatility to fundamental business valuation factors? Sorry, its largely trading speculation.

And of course the company has had issues, but there were always going to be hiccups given they are in ramp up. Every single listed business will have suboptimal aspects, but at the end of the day, the information management releases ad hoc, monthly or quarterly etc is all we can rely on to assess its health. And if that information is poor, we need to make a call.

I am not suggesting btw mgt here has been overly transparent or not made some bad calls, but to assume with each adverse change in stock movement necessarily means more rain has fallen or another machine has broken down is a bridge way too far, especially when we have been through a prolonged takeover process amidst a bad macro backdrop and a potential capital raise speculation.

Its time to load up Bubs!
