imo interested parties means nothing. in fact probably less than nothing. they are so far outside the process they are left to posting their name on some public bulletin board.

Often in govt purchasing these tenders are written for the preferred supplier. As its MST product on the JNLWD web site I'd say MST is their preferred supplier.

My understanding is the real news for this program is coming in April. I think the army will follow the lead set here with regards to their own force protection program (announced late last year). MST wins this USMC program in April, it opens the door to all US military and NATO countries for this MST product.

I didn't participate in the SPP. However, I'm buying a little more at .00000001 or whatever it is!!!! buying anything at this price and having it come good is the best kind of winning imo.

With the NY investors now committed to MST, and legally restricted to no more than 20% ownership, I think bankruptcy potential has reduced. bankrupting now and using the notes to secure the patents is out of the question imo. Because after 5 yrs of legal bureaucracy, DSTO would acquire the patents under a range of Aussie laws imo. Despite the incompetency of the govnuts, even they will stop the patents going to some NY bankers!
