Lee and TOD both took up their shares in the rights issue in November.Lee took an extra 30,000 shares to give him a total of 1,117,656.TOD has holdings in a company name and a super fund and both took up their shares to give him totals of 1,291,711 and 1,345,738. He also hold secured notes (29,777 and 37,859).

Compared to the holdings of many long term shareholders on this forum, I don't think they have a big stake in the company.Directors are restricted in when they can buy shares but I think these restrictions mostly relate to the times they can't buy shares.I'm sure they would have had plenty of opportunities over the years.
