The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, ACC-NJ, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Program Manager-Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS) intends to issue a Solicitation for the procurement of the M1006 40mm Non-Lethal Cartridge (NSN 1310-01-452-1190). The M1006 is fired from the M203 and M320 Grenade Launchers and is used to confuse, disorient, or momentarily distract potential threats without the use of deadly force. The M1006 shall be manufactured and produced in accordance with a Government-owned TDP and the requirements of the Statement of Work.
