    No its not compared to what you have to do to get a stable network plus getting in it into the net work.

    SO you like the Nuclear / solar combination , glad that you are finally on board that they are a good segway to each other & as we dispatch the coal plant , need to replace with Nuclear to get eth same stability that the French have & even eport to save the Germans & Poms when there green power fails to produce to plate capacity on a daily basis.

    Show me one wind farm or solar that outputs all day at plate capacity??

    I'll save you some time......NONE.

    You need three time the plate capacity to get close to your target (ie the numbers you LIKE to claim is the 'gererators output) .....NEVER EVER to these system run at plate capacity & when on the rare occasions they met this level of out put if generally is excess capacity & has to be dumped.

    Unfortunately, stability & regular power production si NOT one of the green power production vitues & brings with it a whole (other EXPENSIVE) issue to solve.

    We do not need to be first adopters in gen one tech here at an eye watering cost to the economy, only to have to unstitch the issues in 10 years time at an even greater cost.
