How about your claim that nuclear is cheaper for a start ? You can't even provide any of the answers to the questions. You don't even know how much it will cost.
You have failed to explain who would be the first mover for renewable technology and why they would pay for it. You also forget to explain how long it would take to develop the technology this way.

Coincidentally, those countries are investing huge amounts in renewables. Even France which has the most mature nuclear industry is getting out . Because renewables are cheaper !
