therefore even after conversion i have paid only 3.2-4.7 for the heads.....if u know what i mean.

i will convert shortly....if need be

then I get 375,000 extra shares 1 for 8

then get some options thrown in for good measure

This is as long as they allow all holders to participate and all shares to get the same approval.....which i assume they will but u never know.

if not ive bought the options well below the current SP with still 2 years to cash in.
