    unless he is under arrest for probable cause he does not have to obey the police (dont now why he was being targeted). they have to have a good reason to be able to force him to leave his vehicle. nor does he have to provide identification unless he is being lawfully detained. there are thousands of cops in the us all breaking the law thinking they are above the law and believing that the public have no clue.

    merely suspecting someone is an evil doer up to no good is not reason enough for them to detain or arrest. there are thousands of cases like this with people now getting wise to the constitutional rights and challenging the police - which they do not like.

    there are many good coppers, but a lot of arseholes who do not like the light of truth being shone on them
