Wrong, 80% were undertaking a criminal activity, it doesnt mean the other 20% are innocent. Tell me why you think a policeman would just kill innocent people, do you actaully beleive this happens in 20% of cases that cops just go around shooting people for fun ?
Lok at the hoohah here just for some pepper spray and told he may end up riding the lightining, what do you think it would be and how many videos would there be if it were innocent people every day.
Its essentially due to high number of guns in the USA, but as you think that's fine as its their right then it wont improve with people with your mind set.
