    This is what people need ATM, work out all the dependencies for the funding, work out all the pros and cons after the funding.....its not just money in the bank! The company is required to provide this clarity to investors. If its not coming then make it a point to ask them...its your money, its worth it!

    If CDB can pull this off, it would be the darling stock of 2014!!!!
