    one important correction..
    NO. 5 - $55/tonne x 1,379,400tonnes = $75,867,000

    - you've just missed one zero off the end.. a very important zero.


    And with regards to loan approval.. the asset value (i.e. the Duel) would be taken into consideration, granted this is an unknown at the moment, but I'm certain some estimate would be placed on it.
