This is my first post in the past 4yrs after doing my arse on MEO. It cost me a bundle which I have managed to recover just over 60% of (nearly sent me to the wall) and although I've been a bullish trader in the past, it took all I could muster to get the confidence back to trade ST again. I've read a lot of hard luck stories on HC (yours included) but I do believe the post BigFish brought to the thread was factual. It can happen that ST trading may cost you the big prize but then again you can hold too long like I did with MEO and loose the lot. I feel for the guy as no one had a gun to his head and the decision to trade is ours alone. I held over 300k shares at an avg entry of 0.98c and exited out @ an avg of 0.29. All the money I have recovered since is sitting in WHN, I don't buy oppies, the risk is big enough with the heads. I will wait 'till the trading holt and based on what Steve has negotiated for us, decide whether to dump the lot and look to re-enter or ride it further.
Congrats to you for sticking with you stop loss targets but don't let the past put you off opportunities as it did me for nearly 3yrs. You have been a breath of fresh air to the WHN posts and I would love to see you return to claim the prize when we get to the business end of these negotiations (hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks).
