Cheers, My outlook on the article was that the poster wrote openly and honestly and I took it at face value. I don't read a lot of posts where people admit their mistakes with a view to hopefully educating others.

We can all say, yeah well he should have, could have, shmould have, - 20/20 hindsight, fact is he didn't and had enough character to remind us (fundamental!) investors of the value of a strict plan.

I thought his post had some merit, the 50 odd t/u's he got suggested I wasnt alone on this.

The point of the thread wasn't to be smart, or to earn your adulation, I found it an interesting read and worth sharing.
