Nope never said the tenants were gifted anything for free - they have a contract for a defined period which in return they pay a fee for.
The rent and CG are the reasons why investors take the risk.

I did not say all tenants were leeches nor that all landlords are righteous that is your twisted interpretation. There are some really crap landlords out there and just as many if not more crap tenants.

The only thing laughable is your blinkered view of tenants and landlords. Nothing hypocritcal at all about my posts. I have had some really great tenants and I have had the worst tenants.
