Yes i understand that,i was more pointing to the lack of rental homes, If there was an incentive geared towards land lords who rent in the long term market only. Air b&b and the likes has killed the rental market (for people that need to rent) I know renting out your lucky to get 5% after costs but it is the property growth where the money is at the end.
