No nor traumatic for me I roll with the punches pick up and move on. You clearly have not had to clean up tonnes of rubbish or do major repairs after a bad tenant as you have a goldilocks view of tenants
No for ever bad landlords there are just as many if not more bad tenants. Though you seem to think a bad landlord is anyone doing something a tenant doesn't like even if it is within the current rules
