Alan,
I've explained it time and time again. They are different beasts to all other companies as they are the backbone of an economy and the most profitable by far. They reinvest profits and thousands of revenue streams and are very proficent in risk provisioning!!!
The list goes on but they will ultimately return to market favour time and time again imho.
