Honestly, the more one reads the scheme book, the more holes one finds.
I cannot think of a stonger word. This is Theft at its worse.

I would rather LLC & LLP be honest & say your shares are worth 50cents, but we will pay you .31cents.
I tell you what, if this gets up, then in yrs to come, I hope there is a class action.
