How does your strictly financial approach account for many other value anomalies in the market place?
FMG is trading at $50 and has not shipped any ore yet.
AXM is trading on a market cap of some $400m and is not going to be producing for 18 months.
Seriously, your 50c call is not going to happen unless there is an exceptional market downturn... this company has the right people and is loaded with potential... I doubt it will ever be sub $1 again.
