You could be right, but we still have company requirements to issue notices of buys and sells or are we like the USA now where they rarely prosecute companies but give them cautions and sometimes a small fine?

By not enforcing these notices, we are allowing manipulators/shorters to trade us down without fear of being detected.

Another point that has me confused is that I can no longer find the daily shorts published by the ASX. it was at
