Let's be objective here...meaning...not being biased because a 'lady' was involved. She provoked him and insisted. Her lawyer is not arguing Moody tried to walk away but she assaulted him.
I'm surprised she wasn't on the back foot with a charge. Maybe she should thank Moody for his good mood and not pressing charges.
