Sorry people but my holding is up for sale as soon as this comes back up. Spoke with one of the Directors last week and on asking the difficult questions was told that they have to rebid for the leases they held as they didn't pay up when advised to hold them. While they hold the operating rights they don't hold any of the leases they want to drill?? Also believe that the main person in the US may have resigned and sounds like the working crew may follow. Combine that with Modena not paying their outstanding invoices this doesnt look good IMHO.

What is happening Modena directors?? Tell the poor shareholders what is the real state of this debacle, don't only tell your major shareholders.
