Is it not plainly obvious that IF global warming (from whatever cause) is a disaster in waiting - then it IS going to happen.
If it is a fact, then no amount of bulling around and crapping around trying to contain it is going to make a bean of difference?
If so, then would we not be far far far better off spending money on learning how to live with the change in the climate than in trying to reverse what is clearly politically impossible to do and may well be impossible anyway?
Would it not be a hell of a lot easier to get the world on side to put into learning how to survive change?
We have be pissing around for years arguing about climate change and warming and agw - and Copenhagen taught us one thing ----------------- we are NOT going to do anything about it.
And all the time we have fussed around, CO2 has risen - and probably will continue to rise - no matter what the cause.
We are fighting the wrong cause.
The battle will be adaptability --------------------- not how to cut down emissions at enormous cost.
The true cost will be adapting. That is what we should be looking at.
