I read about this ages ago and thought it was sorted.
Obviously not.
Easy solution. Pay the fine and move on.
Then keep future exploration campaigns to under 20 rigs.
If that's the worst of it, so be it.
There is a lot of bigger and we'll known miners, who have done massively worse than that... Think dams bursting, multiple deaths and widespread contamination.
That has not happened here.
Stick to the 20 rig rule and move on....
