I was going to buy this company today to capitalise on the big overreaction as well, but it looks risky. The company seems to mirror Scott's previous dealings with S8- it's essentially just acquire, acquire, acquire. Not really generating organic value. Also I really don't like the reporting, I think it's odd that they still don't go with top tier accountants given their size now.
