I've been liking the LYC story for some time. It was always out of my reach but at these prices it was just too hard to resist dipping my toe in.

RE will have increasing demand - those 3 main uses of lighting, motors and batteries won't diminish any time soon.

I'm also heartened by their ability to raise cash at relatively high prices with recent placements, tells me that people have confidence in it. Always good to see issues being done at higher and higher prices - not lower and lower prices like some companies. Reduces dilution too.

My concerns are potential competitors - the one we know (China) and the ones yet to be announced/discovered. I would like to have waited a little longer until the plant had been in operation, but the depressed prices at present may not hang around until then.
