Downside is you get a 8% dividend yield going forward. Only thing that will cause loss of revenue is if they lose a big contract renew. Otherwise ppl will still need cars and will keep rolling over their leases. If they can get new car then they will sign up new lease. If they can’t then they will re roll lease extensions. No inflation or recession will make a difference. Car is the last thing ppl will forego and plus in reality ppl are still spending plenty of money.
