    Maybe. But AUO continues to go up and up.

    I haven't got my pocket calculator handy but CEY and AUO are maintaining approximate price parity.

    But is it the tail wagging the dog? AUO at times has charged up only to be followed by CEY a few hours later. If the market expected the merger to go through on the announced terms you'd think it would be the other way around, and AUO should perhaps trade at a slight discount (ie allowing for the possibility the takeover offer is withdrawn by CEY).

    Hopefully the $80 million of market cap added to CEY since this deal was announced will awaken AUO's owners to the great resource they own, and encourage them to hold out for more, even if AUO's own management are too incompetent to extract it.

    Reject the takeover. Force the tightwads at CEY to increase their bid - we know they want AUO!

    If the current momentum keeps up maybe we'll get to $1.50 afterall?
