    I agree about the premium but look a bit further into it, I think the low PE of AUO in comparison to CEY is the key to this deal, if CEY can absorb AUO and maintain its PE then in essence the PE of AUO is effectively lifted by a factor of 5, thats significant.

    Thats my take on it, damn good deal for CEY.
