re: this looks pretty good to me/ one up yes i am disappointed with the effective $1.10 price tag may be more depending on CEY share price. I wonder why AUO management let it be friendly, woudl have thought acting in interests of all shareholders would have pushed for some more. hopefully another company looking ta it too to push up the offer a bit. they wont be gettibg my vote just yet.
