its a good move. off-shore wind is more reliable and continuous than wind on land. this is how the UK has reduced their emission, a Conservative Party action.
its sound economics to have private industry build and manage the off-shore wind farms.
no debt, only a licensed zone ear marked for such infrastructure which won't cost Aus one cent.
Subsidies are for fossil fuels, like gas and oil, not needed for wind energy.
