you are so FOS mate...to become a foster carer you have to undergo a training course, then belong to an advocacy group, get a blue card and be registered with Dept of Child Safety in that state. They pay you around 250 a week per child in care. Carers can also be collecting the dole which they do not have to look for work while being a carer. Caring can be an industry for scumbags to use.
