PTN , one of the many property based funds that specializes in aged care announced today it remains on target for an 8.4c per annum distribution .

I think it is part franked dividend , and is not caught up in the debt problems or re finance problems like Centro , MFS , but has been flogged by the market, down around 40% from its list price .

On its dividend basis alone the yield is now around 16% , and the NTA over $1.00 .

The market has changed , and it may be the case of not catching falling knives but this one like a few others I hold , and is one of the few greens I have on my watch list.

The trouble with the sector is it seems hard to know what to expect in regards on profits and dividends , the ex health minister Michael Woolridge is chairman , had involvement as a minsiter in aged care and does by his announcement today of the belief the stock is oversold.
