This is a concern of significance

If disclosure is not made - when it affects the profitability and turnover of a company - then there is a serious breach

Those that think not - had better step out of the box and look inside

When I bought in hoping for "everything is on track report, I was shocked to hear of this non disclosure regarding corrosion and other such things

I am in the risk/reward cateogory - and this time RISK was the order of day. A complete sell of Lynas shares, has I believe saved me a lot of grief over the next few weeks

Unless management comes out with a serious time-line for fixing this problem and declares it is not a problem immediately - I will sit on sidelines
