    I have just realised the share price may be kept down for the reason of a convertible note payment being a loan repayment instalments pursuant to a Convertible Loan Agreement.

    This is due to it being calculated by the price for the shares are set at the lowest daily VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) in the relevant pricing period.

    Now that would make sense.
