    Buybacks are a very common form of capital management
    AMU has provided a great deal of rationale for their latest BB.
    They had shareholder approval for the last BB and they are seeking shareholder approval for this one. Proposed buyback has a set timeframe and a target number of shares to be bought just like the last one.

    Just dont see why you are so excited
