CR8, I am little confused by your comments. I think we all agree that AMU has not be a happy experience for any of those who are not related or part of the company. The buyback seems a good way to go about improving AMU prospects and unfortunately the world has changed much since the initial takeover offer was made. I learning to adopt to the changing conditions and see the buyback as positive in the current climate.

Bitzer, you seem to have a good handle on AMU.

I will be voting yes to the buyback.
