I just checked the document again, and the Directors are associated with companies that are the major shareholders. MBO down the track?

Just on another note, this article, written 8th July, and when the Eden takeover had collapsed, says that Eden was "girding its loins for another go" at AMU. The article says it is seeking to raise $50m to come back and get AMU.

That was written 4 months ago. Would AMU be tidier to take over with this buyback, or is the buyback a defense, or something else?
