    "Avoca managing director Rohan Williams said shareholders would benefit from greater access to capital and increased liquidity."

    Avoca has great access to capital as it is, underpinned by strong cash flow, and the ASX listing provides ample liquidity for shareholders.

    What am I missing?

    Bad deal IMO
