The directors could have blindfolded themselves and thrown darts at a list of world gold stocks and any other hit wouldn't have found less synergy potential than this one.
Message to directors: Please articulate the real, compelling benefit for shareholders (not PALA) of this particular merger partner? Don't give us vague motherhood statements like in today's presentation. They are meaningless and could have equally applied to just about any other mid-tier gold stock besides Anatolia. They won't get my vote, and the market clearly spoke today.
