the criticism is that it is not that profitable, mostly because the service is new and there aren't a lot of people selling their hashing power on it yet. as more people in bitcoin universe become aware of it, more miners will list excess hashing as a way of potentially hedging against price falls and the buyers should end up with a more profitable investment
