There will be many who would want to hope that this is the end, but unfortunately looking at the DJ index since the 70s. What you are living is a once in your lifetime event or to put it more accurately this is a once in the history of the DJ index’s life time event. What we are living will dwarf anything similar happened in the past and will make the 1987 crash look like a minor correction. Remember back then there were many heart attacks, strokes and some poor bastards deciding to end it by throwing their bodies from high buildings, this has not happened yet and I hope it will never happen. This will probably be compared to the 1920’s crash but it may even thrash it in fame.

Ironically the crash in the 1920’s happened also in October………precisely 29th October 1929 is when the share marked hits it lowest levels, it was called Black Tuesday.
29th October 2008 is a Wednesday however.
