regarding the shares - 22M ASIC shares (17.54%) have been out of escrow since 20 Feb '04 and as per ASX announcement 12 Feb '04 ASIC are looking at placing these shares privately via brokers.
doesn't mean that the new buyers may not sell on-market but i don't think ASIC are going to be dumping the shares into the market themselves.
caution is always recommended but IMO upside outweighs down.
