I personally think the gutnik family want to exist from this mess with the money they stole from the shareholders. They would be happy to invest it somewhere for sure. It was pretty much well organized. As long as they don't go to jail. Clearly it started long time ago channeling the money out. It's not the first time to be a scammer for gutnik family but I think this will be the end faithfully.
