Ultimately don't we want Joe to win this? His horrible management got us here, but I hope the judge is taking into consideration us small investors that look to lose our money. Winding it up isn't good for any of us. Hopefully it's a good outcome that let's the company continue, but also forces med to get their crap together, get an independent board together and treat this as a public company and not a gutnick family business.
I've been wondering, how did med even have 14 million to lend? I haven't gone back 5 years to research sorry, but why did the company even have that cash? Was it from a raise or money dumped in the company during the gutnick bankrupsy?
