If a liquidator has been appointed, or is, there will only be one decision; one that makes the liquidator the most money. Seen it too many times. Puck the sh's; puck the directors; puck the truth. Can the co survive and make money? Who cares. Resurrecting the co makes bugger all for the liquidator. Sorry for being so cynical.
