A lot of questions but how on earth was Gutnick allowed to be appointed Director again given his bankruptcy. Why did ASIC/ASX not protect shareholders from this in the first instance and act when the loan was originally disclosed? All parties have blood on their hands, and whilst shareholders are responsible for their own actions in buying, the ASX once again shows that a casino is a more regulated and safer place to park cash.
Surely a class action to go after the directors will be going ahead and and/or the pure lack of regulation by ASX/ASIC until it was way too late. I hope they have good directors indemnity insurance because this would be an easy case to win.
